Light Monkey Non Balanced P-Valve Fitted to Seaskin Drysuit

Can be fitted in the two ways:

• Choose valve position and mark suit.
• Cut correct size hole in drysuit 16mm for membrane suits, 13mm for neoprene suits.Roughen up the top of the main body with glass paper.
• Coat main body top with Stormsure (Ref: STO002-S15) or Aquasure.
• Insert thread through hole in suit.
• Orientate tubing to the desired direction (normally straight up)
• Tighten down locking nut with 1 inch spanner (American!) or good adjustable holding the tube on the inside of the suit. Retighten a few days later if fitted to neoprene..
• Leave to dry for at least 12 hours
• This method allows the pee valve to be removed by peeling away from the Aquaseal.

Or:

• Choose valve position and mark suit.
• Draw around the valve patch to give you a guide for gluing
• Roughen the rubber valve patch supplied with glass paper
• Use Neoprene Queen 30g (Ref: STO002-NQ) to glue patch to the outside of the suit. Use three coats and let dry between coats)
• Leave to dry for at least 12 hours. Cut through the suit using the valve patch as your guide.
• Insert thread through hole in suit.
• Orientate tubing to the desired direction (normally straight up)
• Lubricate valve patch with some silicon grease or a bit of saliva will do
• Tighten down locking nut with 1 inch spanner (American!) or good adjustable holding the tube on the inside of the suit. Retighten a few days later if fitted to neoprene.
