It is small enough to fit into a BCD pocket/dry suit pocket or can be attached by the 25mm Dee ring on the mesh pouch to any convenient attachment point on your equipment using a suitable clip. The mesh pouch has a hook and loop closure so the snorkel can be deployed very quickly if needed and is stored ready for use at all times the best of both worlds and comforting to know you have a compact snorkel available on every dive. The attached shock cord loop keeps the snorkel folded making it easier to get it in and out the pouch.
