Delivery Times

Drysuit and Spares, Delivery and Order Times

Delivery times for made to measure drysuits

Delivery times on our drysuits vary according to how may suits we have in at the time of ordering.

Due to an unprecedented demand for Seaskin Nova membrane drysuits and orders from commercial and military customers unfortunately despatch times for Nova drysuits is 9-10 weeks. We are working hard to try to reduce this. We are very sorry for these extended times. Ultra compressed neoprene drysuits are currently being despatched 7-8 weeks from date of order.

A week or so after you make the online order we will send you an order conformation with a proposed shipping date on. Or if timing is critical email us stating the type of suit you are interested in and we can give you the latest lead time.

We are always working to try and reduce these lead times but the many stages involved in making a made to measure drysuit means they are impossible to do in much less time.
Don’t forget to have a look at the Seaskin custom sized undersuits to keep you warm, these take 3-4 weeks to produce.

UK Delivery address

Next Day Service is included in the price of your drysuit (UK mainland only). Unfortunately we have to charge an additional £9.60 for items classed as hazardous.
There is no problem delivering to residential addresses but a signature will be required, it is often more convenient if the delivery can be made to a work address where someone will be available to sign for the consignment during normal working hours.

Spares and Accessories

Drysuits and undersuits go out by carrier and need to be signed for. For spares and accessories we us good old Royal Mail as we find they offer a reliable service at reasonable cost (remember postage is free to UK mainland addresses). We always use first class and try and make the package so it will go through a normal letter box. When sending smaller items overseas we use their airmail service which seems to work well to most countries.
Some items have
This product due to its flammability is classed as “Dangerous goods” and a shipping charge of £9.60 will apply for orders within mainland UK. We cannot ship this item to outside mainland UK. Please do NOT order if outside mainland UK.
Please do not order these for delivery outside mainland UK as they will NOT be shipped.

Shipping Spares to outside the UK. Information that may save you money!

There is a weight limit of 2Kg for us to ship spares to non UK destinations by Airmail, orders that exceed this weight are sent by DPD. When you add items to your shopping cart it is adding up the weight and then when you enter the delivery address it calculates the shipping cost.
For example sending neck seals to USA.Entering 20 neck seals gives a shipping cost of £23.45 and is sent Airmail

Entering 21 necks (pushes it over the 2Kg limit) gives a cost of £66.51 !!!! and is sent by courier

If you split this order into one of 10 seals (shipping £13.46) and one of 11 seals (shipping £12.35) giving a total for the two of £25.81. This gives you a saving of £40.70.

The weight of the items in your cart is displayed in the top right hand corner of the page.
